How To Make Saffron Rice

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups long grain (basmati) Rice
  • 1/4 tsp saffron soaked in 1 cup of milk
  • Few saffron strands
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup mixed dry nuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 4 cardamom
  • 3-4 cloves
  • 2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 3 tbsp pure ghee
  • silver paper (varak)
  • Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped (optional)
  • 4 cups Water
The most effective method to make Kesar (Saffron) Rice:

1.Wash the rice, splash for 30 minutes and empty in the strainer.

2.Carry water on not many bubbles , include rice and minimal spot of salt.

3.Stew the blaze and cook until rice are half done.

4.Whisk the ghee in a dish and break up the sugar into it by including minimal spot of water.

5.Include splashed saffron, mustard seeds, cloves, cardamom and dry nuts.

6.Presently blend the ready mixture into rice and keep the rice again on medium high blaze.
7.At this minute, you have to cook the rice until they are completely done.

8.Additionally taste them and change with some salt.

9.Trim saffron rice with some hacked dry nuts, raisins, silver paper and saffron strands.

10.You can embellish them with hacked coriander also.

11.Serve them hot and new to like
