How To Make Tamarind Rice

- 4 cups basmathi rice
- 1/2 tsp asafoetida
- 3 tsp fenugreek
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup tamarind juice
- 2 tbsp jaggery
- 2 tsp mustard
- 4 big red chillies
- 2 tsp roasted chana dal
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- Few curry leaves
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
- Salt to taste
1.Force Cook the rice by including 8 mugs of water and salt to taste.
2.Spread the cooked rice onto an even dish or plate and set aside.
3.Heat minimal spot of oil in a dish and blend fenugreek, asafoetida and jaggery great into it.
4.Saute for not many seconds, till jaggery liquefies.
5.Cool the mixture and granulate into a fine glue.
6.Again heat minimal oil in the same container and at this point, rotisserie entire red chillies, chana dal, curry leaves and mustard great.
7.Deliberately blend the ready mixture with tamarind squeeze.
8.Additionally include the ready jaggery glue in the same mixture and blend great.
9.Put the tamarind vessel on a medium high heat and mix proceed until it arrives at to a thick sauce structure.
10.Pour the tamarind sauce into cooked rice and blend great.
11.Spread cooked peanuts, turmeric powder and 1 tsp of sesame oil and blend once more.
12.Serve sizzling.
