Chicken Mango Rice Salad How To Make
Ingredients:
- 500 gm boneless and skinless Chicken breasts
- 2 Mangoes, (peeled and cubed)
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 cup Rice
- 4 tbsp lemon juice Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves chopped
- Few cabbage julienne to garnish
- Few carrot julienne to garnish
- Salt to taste
- Cooking Oil
1.Cook the rice great and keep aside.
2.Heat the oil in a griddle and include chicken breast.
3.Flavor with salt and pepper powder.
4.Cook until the chicken is carried out.
5.Cool the chicken and cut into long, thin cuts.
6.Hurl the rice with cooked chicken, onion, mango and decorate with remaining parts.
7.Serve either as it is or keep in the cooler to serve chilled.
