How To Make Fried Arbi



Ingredients:

1/2 kg arbi
Oil for frying
3/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1-1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp ground jeera (cumin) powder
1/4 tsp dry mango powder
Salt to taste


Step by step instructions to make Fried Arbi:fried Arbi

1.Bubble the arbi for 4-5 shrieks until tenders.

2.Evacuate the external skin and set aside.
