Ingredients:Paneer and Baby Corn Jalfrezi

2 cups cottage cheese (paneer)
1 cup baby corns sliced
1 onion chopped
2 tomatoes pureed
1 green bell pepper sliced
2 green chillies sliced
4-5 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp curd
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
A pinch of turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp vinegar
Vegetable oil
Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste

Instructions to make Paneer and Baby Corn Jalfrezi:

1.Profound sear the 3d squares of paneer in hot oil and keep aside.

2.Heat the oil in a non-stick container.

3.Include green chillies and garlic. Saute for not many seconds.

4.Include onion, tomato puree and ringer pepper.

5.Cook for 2 minutes.

6.Include infant corns, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and curd.

7.Cook for 5 minutes until infant corn are cooked well.

8.Include fricasseed paneer, vinegar, coriander powder and garam masala powder.

9.Hurl quite tenderly and topping with crisp coriander takes off.

10.Serve hot with greens and coriander chutney.

Gourmet expert Tips:

1.You might include minimal measure of water before including paneer, if masala is too dry.

2.You can include paneer pieces without profound fricasseeing.
