How To Make Orange Kheer
Orange Kheer
Orange sections added to drain flavoured with cardammom and saffron to shape a scrumptious kheer. This orange kheer formula is a solid form as we have substituted rice with orange and sugar with sugar substitute to make it diabetic inviting.
Ingredients
1 ltr low-fat milk
2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in warm low-fat milk
1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
a pinch of saffron (kesar) strands dissolved in 1/2 tsp warm low-fat milk
4 tsp sugar substitute
1 cup small orange segments
2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in warm low-fat milk
1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder

Follow This Methods
1.boil the milk in a wide non stick go gold hunting to 20 minutes,while blending continously and scratching the sides of the skillet.
2. Include the cornflour-milk mixture and cook on a medium blaze for 4 to 5 minutes,while mixing continously.
3.add the cardommom powder and the saffron-milk mixture,mix well and cook on a medium blaze for 1 moment.
4.remove from the blaze and permit it to cool totally.
5.once cooled,add the sugar substitute and the orange sections and blend well.
6.refrigerate and serve chilled.
