How To Make Apple Chicken Quesadilla
I was accused of furnishing lunch for some youngsters (ages 4, 6, 7, and 9) a couple of days prior and ready for them one of my top choice quickie snacks – chicken and fruit quesadillas. The children gobbled them up, and one of them, Teddy, shouted uproariously after the first, "Elise, you Need to put these on your site!" The others nodded in assention, while hectically gnawing ceaselessly. So for all you quesadilla-adoring children out there, here you go.

INGREDIENTS
4 Flour tortillas (approximately 8-inches wide)
1 cup cooked, shredded or chopped, chicken meat
1/4 lb cheddar or Monterey jack cheese, sliced or grated
1 apple, sliced
1/4 cup salsa
METHOD
1 Hotness a huge skillet on medium high heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet. Flip it several times with a spatula, then gave it a chance to sit in the container warming up until air pockets structure and parts of the tortilla start to puff up. Flip it once more.
2 Spot cheddar cuts on 50% of the tortilla, no less than 1/2-inch from the edge of the tortilla. Include chicken pieces top of the cheddar. Fold the tortilla over similar to an omelette, and press down on the collapsed tortilla with the spatula. Bring down the high temperature to medium. As of right now, provided that you have enough room in your skillet, you can add a second tortilla to the container to start to hotness it up.
3 When the cheddar inside the quesadilla has dissolved, uproot the quesadilla to a cutting board. Open it wide and layer on fruit cuts and salsa. Fold the tortilla back once more, and cut it into 3 triangles, as though you were reducing a pie. (You don't need to cut the quesadilla into triangles, it just makes it simpler for children to consume.)
