High Court Rejects Probe On Jana Reddy
The High Court on Monday dismissed an appeal by a social activist looking for a CBI test into affirmed unbalanced stakes of Panchayat Raj K Jana Reddy.
It may be reviewed that Social activist VV Rao had indexed Open Investment Appeal (PIL) against Jana Reddy in the Court affirming that he had amassed riches through unlawful means and requested an abnormal amount test to unearth realities.
