The 17th Chief Metropolitan court has issued summons to actress Jeevitha in association with a good bounce case. The Magistrate asked Jeevitha to show up before the court personally on September 20th for explaining the reason why behind the non-payment.

Apparently, Jeevitha has lend Rs 34 lakhs from her family friend Parandhama Reddy who is a retired government employee. A promisory note has been written in this connection along with the veteran actress has given two cheques towards the senior at that time she borrowed money as surety. Jeevitha, however, did not clear the due amount after assured time. Because of this, Parandhama Reddy has deposited the cheques in their bank-account but much to his shock, they were bounced as a result of insufficient funds in their account. Because there is no proper response in the actor couple regarding the payment, Parandhama Reddy finally approached a legal court for justice and summons happen to be issued for the actress now.
