Amala Paul, that's often seen playing second fiddle roles including Naayak, has landed within a plum project. She is going to soon romance none other than Tamil star Suriya of Gajini fame in Gautham Menon's directorial. Tentatively titled as Dhruva Natchitram the film is often a thriller also is manufactured by Gautham Menon.

Though at first Trisha's name was considered, later Amala was the final choice for Gautham. Interestingly, Simaran, who paired Suriya in Surya S/o Krishnan, will play Suriya's mother in this film.

Amala is currently dealing with Vijay in the Tamil film along with Nani in Samuthrakani's Tamil-Telugu bilingual Janda Pai Kapiraju. So, Amala is definitely going great guns
